As much as we thought Thursday was a better time, it seemed people had a hard time remembering the time and place and so, not many people showed up (or, perhaps it was the usual challenge of commitment, we shall see!)Things that we talked about:

• The Great Neighborhhod book as a amazing resource and encouragment for everyone involved and interested in downtown.

• A brief update on the Taxing District idea - The idea has been brought to the attention of the City Council and we’re waiting to hear back from them before we start with any more focus on that issue. 

• The need of creating an extensive stakeholder list (which we started here!)
Please join us in getting the list filled in quickly and comprehensively. 

Next steps:
• Finishing the  stakeholder inventory and preparing invitations.

• Preparation of the public meeting during the week of Arts Walk.
