Solarize Your Home, Your Neighborhood

Solarize Thurston is a new initiative led by Thurston Energy with support from Northwest SEED to bring solar photovoltaic (PV) systems to homes in Thurston County. Solarize Thurston is affiliated with Solarize Washington, a statewide effort led by Northwest SEED that has resulted in more than 70 systems in the Seattle area.
The premise is simple: by partnering with grassroots groups, we help neighbors and community members come together to enjoy significant discounts through the group purchase of solar systems. The Solarize initiative provides a streamlined process through which members of a community can collectively decide where to start, how to budget, what to buy, and who to hire.
