The isthmus is still a hot-debated topic, but people recognize that taking this tax increase would be just a first step on an insanely expensive and unsatisfying decision.

And, why do we blame the current property owner of the ‘Mistake by the Lake’ of the building being empty. It was a building specifically build for the State and they chose to move someplace else leaving the building empty with no regards on the ramifications. Sure, the State didn’t own the building, but they were the ones leaving it behind nonetheless.
